Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated on the prescription only. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
If your consultation results in treatment not being approved, you will receive a full refund for any dispensing or consultation fees paid, processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day using a tracked courier service. Delivery timescales are subject to courier availability and may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
You must ensure that a responsible adult aged 18 or over is available to accept delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and the Medicines Act 1968.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
